Foods
For the menu, we selected items that are traditional to Iran but also some that we have grown to love during our over 30 years in Canada. The menu includes a selection of Kababs, Stews, Seafood, and Traditional ‘Sharing’ dishes, all made from recipes we have perfected during our years in the culinary business. One of the most prominent dishes is the Shishliks: grilled lamb rack served with rice and oven-baked seasonal vegetables. It won’t disappoint.
